'Boston Legal' Takes On Our Democracy



In this week's episode of Boston Legal Alan Shore (James Spader) shreds our embarrassing excuse for a democracy (2:48). And if you have yet to watch last week's Supreme Court shredding video, do so immediately without passing “Go”.

I guess this one really stepped over the line, because now it is gone.

Here is something amusing. There are gobs of Boston Legal clips on YouTube. Just search "Boston Legal." But the one you embedded here now comes with a notice from YouTube:

This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation


It is worth adding that the Supreme Court video linked to above had far more views than this clip attacking our lame excuse for a Democracy. It is also the first video that turns up in a YouTube search of "Boston Legal". Thus, it appears that 20th Century Fox is VERY selectively enforcing copyright claims.
