So this is Wexler who's doing this. Good for him. He's just being gracious to Conyers, being the senior member of the committee and all.

Keyword: threat.
They've made plenty of threats about all this stuff since the start of the 110th. They haven't delivered on even one of them. Everyone is letting the uptick in rhetoric voltage do in the place of actual performance on their oaths of office. And I don't think the Democratic Leadership has wanted it any other way.... "It's all rasslin'."

Please someone reign this guy in. Rove is out of control, he's a citizen of our beloved country and as such subject to our laws. You need to hear the story of Don Siegelman who fell victim to Rove's tactics however enough room isn't given to write about it. Go to www.donsiegelman.com you'll be horrified.

Harry Hippie, please note the Don Siegelman category on the site which I believe has more videos about the case than even www.donsiegelman.com

Or so would seem the watchword of our day... but they keep slapping it down with stuff about assassination and De Tar Baby and Hardworking White Americans. Pisses me off that we keep resorting to our DREAMS for our democracy, our democratic republic, letting ourselves hope over and over again, and there is this unkillable Moron Tickling Machine bent unbendingly on dashing it... and watching the proof that it is not JUST the Republicans using this machine has not been any kind of picnic for me either. I admit, I'm extra-bummed about it all today because of Teddy being flown to the hospital, reflecting on the griefs piled upon griefs in his life, and ours... thinking about what a different place this would be if those three sterling sons of a skunk would have been allowed to do in a world without assassins of body and character forever finding their way to the top....
