By now almost everyone has seen the viral video of Bill Moyers destroying O'Reilly Factor producer, Porter Barry, after being ambushed at the The National Conference for Media Reform. If not, it follows below. But first check out Bill O'Reilly's lame attempt to get back at Moyers via the ridiculous "Body Language" segment.

UPDATE II: At least Kevin James is becoming a world famous YouTube celebrity...
Much has already been made about the horror show performance of ABC News moderators Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos who spent the first 42 minutes of last night's democratic debate pummeling Obama “entirely on specious and gossipy trivia”. The two alleged newsmen spent half the debate on such pressing issues as Obama's “bitter” comment, the patriotism of Obama's pastor, Obama serving on a board with a member of the Weather Underground and Obama's decision not to wear a flag lapel pin.
With the above absurdity in mind, it was particularly refreshing to see Obama refuse to attack Clinton for her sniper fire lies despite being baited repeatedly by Stephanopoulos:
“I think Senator Clinton deserves the right to make some errors once in a while”
Refreshing that is unless you are a member of the mainstream media which clearly takes offense to Obama's above the fray tactics. For evidence of this one need not look any further than Chris Matthews, Chuck Todd and Bob Herbert's inanity on Hardball this afternoon.
One hopes that Obama learns a lesson here and next time slams Clinton or McCain or whoever for completely superficial non-issues in order to please our media whores!
Jonah Goldberg is caught making shit up about President Bill Clinton (Monica Lewinsky scandal) in the short mashup above (1:34). In related news, the sun will once again come up tomorrow. Seriously, the only time Goldberg is not making shit up is when he is proving to a national audience how freaking little he knows about politics and government (see clip below, 0:47).
Which helps explain why he is a nationally syndicated conservative political columnist, editor at National Review Online and a regular on the cable news shows. What a country!
Matthew Dowd was the chief strategist of the George W. Bush 2004 presidential election campaign and is currently an ABC News political contributor. Jonah Goldberg is a nationally syndicated conservative columnist, founding editor of “National Review Online” and author ofLiberal Fascism. Neither of them know who is the current Director of National Intelligence.
Chris Matthews takes his job of representing the establishment elite very seriously. That's why he was up in arms over the New York Times piece exonerating his boy, Rudy G., of any wrongdoing regarding the accounting in the Judith Nathan trysts matter. Matthews believes that the one-week long story might have cost Rudy 10 points in the polls and may ruin his chances at the presidency.
But, Matthews fails to exhibit any remorse when it comes to his eight years of propaganda filled coverage of Al Gore dating back to his presidential campaign against another Matthews favorite, George W. Bush. Throughout that campaign Matthews was quick to spread the ridiculous propaganda about Gore being a constant fibber and a prolific exaggerator.
As this mashup evidences, that entire line of propaganda pushed by Matthews and others was bullshit from the start and despite numerous articles proving such, Matthews has continued to promulgate his lies about Gore eight years after the fact. No where does Matthews show concern for contributing to Gore's loss in 2000 and the subsequent harm his antics caused the country via the Bush presidency.
But one should not expect anything more from the rank propagandist, outright liar and ultimate hack that is Matthews.
Once upon a time, it was easy to be a GOP propagandist.
Bill O'Reilly Equates DailyKos with Nazis and KKK
Up until the mid-1990s, Republicans could spew out lies all day long and rarely had to worry about any watchdogs holding them accountable. Oh sure, there were a few obscure leftist print publications here and there, but they had tiny circulations and were often difficult to come by.
Back then, the GOP propagandists certainly didn't have to worry about the corporate mainstream media keeping them honest. Indeed, the likes of CNN, The Wall Street Journal, and even The New York Times were quite happy to carry the GOP's water.
Bill O'Reilly attacks DailyKos again
With the dawn of the Web, it began to dawn on the GOP propagandists that they were no longer able to spew out lies without being challenged.
Suddenly, anyone could set up a Web site for relatively little cost and effort and instantly have a potential worldwide audience.
GOP propagandists like Rush Limbaugh and Bill O'Reilly soon discovered, to their horror, that they could no longer peddle their daily lies and bullshit and have no one to challenge them.
Rep. Charles Rangel states that the US invaded Iraq because of “oil, oil and more oil.” But CNN's Wolf Blitzer is not quite so sure and points out other possible reasons for attacking Iraq like “winning friends”. Not overly impressed with Wolf's analysis, Bhc wonders aloud if the Bushies would have invaded Iraq if it sat “on top of the world's third largest reserves of light sweet pickles.” Wolf?
Hannity & Colmes break new terroritory tonight by discussing exorcism with two Catholic priests in light of a botched exorcism of a three year old child in Phoenix. First, Father Jonathan Morris, who believes more in God when he sees the presence of evil in someone, assures viewers that what took place in Phoenix was not actually an exorcism. Father Edward Beck then explains that being possessed by the Devil or an evil spirit is possible and that the cure for such a malady is exorcism.
Signs to look for to determine if the Devil has taken possession of a person include: speaking in a foreign language that is not one's own language, speaking in tongues, having a certain power or knowledge that one should not have, and seeing into the future.
At one point, Sean Hannity turns to Father Morris, who has witnessed an exorcism, and states:
I don't want to minimize this, I was just kidding about Alan. But, this is really serious here. I mean Christ, if we believe the Bible and I do, um, he exorcised demons with regularity. I mean often. What did you see at the exorcism you were at?
Father Morris, a Fox News contributor, responds by telling a story that happened to him in Spain while promoting the movie The Passion of the Christ. Long story short, the chief exorcist in Spain didn't know what to think about the movie until he went to his most difficult exorcism case and mentioned the Mel Gibson flick. The Devil inside the tough case immediately went crazy which assured the chief exorcist that the movie was okay since the Devil hates all good things.
Michael Rectenwald of Citizens For Legitimate Government appeared on Tucker Carlson's new show. Unfortunately, despite getting rid of the bow-tie, Tucker is the same old Republican toady and hypocrite as Rectenwald repeatedly points out. Tucker conveniently tries to take the moral high road now that he fears Republican politicos are in the cross-fire. Yet, when it's Democrats like Bill Clinton caught with their pants down, Tucker is at the front of the line screaming for the firing squad. Typical mainstream media corporate media rubbish.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gave one of the great speeches in recent history at Live Earth where he spoke truth to power to our “rotten politicians” who are “nothing more than corporate toadies” for “villainous companies that consistently put their private financial interest ahead of American interest and ahead of the interest of all of humanity.”
RFK jr. also offered a couple of ways to combat the corporations, politicians, “slick public relations firms and their phony think tanks” and “crooked scientists” including getting involved in the political process and boycotting the companies that advertise on programs where the corporate toadies consistently lie about global warming. Specifically, RJK Jr. suggests:
And so I am going to tell you this, that the next time you see John Stossel or Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity --- these flat-earthers, these corporate toadies, lying to you, lying to the American public, and telling you that global warming doesn't exist --- you send an email to their advertisers and tell them that you are not going to buy their products anymore.
This mashup is produced entirely from the July 9th Hannity & Colmes and provides consumers with a list of corporations to avoid as well as evidences a number of typical Sean Hannity lies.
